Laugh For Sight was founded by blind comedian Brian Fischler in 2005. The inaugural benefit was the very first show held at the newly relaunched World Famous Gotham Comedy Club on 23rd Street in New York City. In 2010, Laugh For Sight expanded nationally, holding a yearly benefit at Gotham Comedy Club in NYC and one in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Improv.
Laugh For Sight compiles a lineup of All Star Comedians that an audience rarely gets to see together in one power packed night of comedy.

Laugh For Sight is a non-profit organization located in New York City. Our collective goals are to raise funds and public awareness for retinal degenerative eye diseases – specifically Retinitis Pigmentosa, Stargardt's Disease, and Macular Degeneration. The proceeds benefit the Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and other Vision charities.
